01Qué es Virso (y qué no es)

Virso es una herramienta de organización y seguimiento de finanzas personales. Registras tus movimientos manualmente y Virso te ayuda a ordenarlos, categorizarlos y visualizarlos, con funciones de inteligencia artificial y recordatorios. Virso funciona con datos que tú ingresas («offline-first»): no se conecta a tu banco, no usa open banking, no accede a tus cuentas bancarias reales ni a números de tarjeta reales, y no mueve dinero real. Las «cuentas», «tarjetas», «saldos» y «pockets» en Virso son etiquetas y registros creados y mantenidos por ti.

02No es asesoría financiera

El Servicio se ofrece con fines informativos y de organización personal únicamente. Virso no presta asesoría financiera, de inversión, tributaria, contable ni legal, y nada en el Servicio (incluidos resúmenes, categorías, proyecciones, gráficos o respuestas de la IA) constituye una recomendación ni debe interpretarse como tal. Las decisiones financieras que tomes son tu exclusiva responsabilidad. Consulta a un profesional certificado antes de tomar decisiones financieras, de inversión o tributarias.

03No somos una institución financiera

Virso no es un banco, entidad financiera, emisor, procesador de pagos, casa de cambio ni asesor de inversión registrado, y no existe relación fiduciaria entre tú y Virso. No custodiamos, retenemos ni transferimos fondos. Las tasas de cambio y montos mostrados son referenciales y pueden no reflejar valores reales de mercado.

04Elegibilidad y edad

Debes tener al menos 16 años (o la mayoría de edad digital aplicable en tu país) para usar el Servicio. Si eres menor de edad, debes contar con el consentimiento de tu representante legal. Declaras que la información que proporcionas es veraz y que no tienes prohibido usar el Servicio bajo ninguna ley aplicable.

05Tu cuenta

Puedes registrarte mediante Iniciar sesión con Apple o con Google. Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu dispositivo y de las credenciales asociadas, y de toda actividad realizada bajo tu cuenta. Notifícanos de inmediato cualquier uso no autorizado.

Te escribimos por correo sobre tu cuenta y tu suscripción (por ejemplo, la bienvenida o un aviso de cobro). Las novedades y ofertas son aparte: opcionales, apagadas por defecto y nunca condición para usar Virso; solo te llegan si las encendiste en la app, y las apagas cuando quieras (ver la Política de privacidad).

06Tus datos y tu responsabilidad sobre ellos

Tú eres el único responsable de la exactitud, integridad y legalidad de la información que ingresas en Virso (montos, categorías, notas, imágenes, etc.). Virso no verifica ni garantiza la exactitud de esos datos ni de los cálculos derivados de ellos. Conservas la titularidad de tu contenido; nos otorgas una licencia limitada, no exclusiva y revocable para procesarlo con el único fin de prestarte el Servicio.

07Funciones de inteligencia artificial

Virso incluye funciones de IA: captura por voz, texto y foto (OCR); un asistente de chat; comandos de Siri; y «Agentes» que, con tu permiso explícito, pueden consultar y realizar acciones en tu cuenta mediante nuestro servidor MCP. Aceptas que:

• Para procesar tus solicitudes, ciertos textos y datos que ingresas pueden transmitirse a proveedores de IA de terceros (por ejemplo, Anthropic, servicios de inteligencia artificial de Cloudflare y agregadores de modelos como OpenRouter) sujetos a sus propios términos.
• La IA puede producir resultados inexactos, incompletos o inapropiados. No debes confiar en ella como única base para decisiones. Eres responsable de revisar y confirmar cualquier resultado antes de actuar.
• Las acciones ejecutadas por Agentes externos requieren tu autorización y los permisos que tú configures; puedes revocarlos en cualquier momento. No respondemos por instrucciones que tú (o un agente que autorizaste) impartan.

08Suscripciones y pagos

Virso ofrece un plan Free y suscripciones de pago (Plus y Pro). Las compras se realizan y gestionan a través de Apple In-App Purchase; no procesamos tus pagos directamente.

• Las suscripciones son auto-renovables: se renuevan automáticamente por el mismo período y precio salvo que canceles al menos 24 horas antes del fin del período vigente.
• El precio, la duración y las funciones de cada plan se muestran en la app antes de comprar.
• La gestión y cancelación se realizan desde los Ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple (App Store). Al confirmar la compra, el cargo se aplica a tu cuenta de Apple.
• Los reembolsos se rigen por las políticas de Apple; salvo que la ley exija lo contrario, los pagos no son reembolsables por nosotros.
• Podemos cambiar precios y funciones a futuro; los cambios no afectan el período ya pagado.
• La suscripción no te transfiere propiedad alguna: desbloquea funciones adicionales bajo la misma licencia limitada y revocable del punto 9. Si suspendemos o cancelamos tu acceso por incumplir estos Términos (punto 10), no habrá reembolso del período en curso, salvo que la ley exija lo contrario.

09Licencia de uso

Te otorgamos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la app en dispositivos que poseas o controles, conforme a las Reglas de Uso del App Store de Apple. No puedes copiar, modificar, descompilar, realizar ingeniería inversa, revender, sublicenciar ni explotar el Servicio salvo en la medida permitida por la ley.

10Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no: (a) usar el Servicio con fines ilícitos, fraudulentos o no autorizados; (b) vulnerar la seguridad, hacer scraping, sobrecargar o interferir con el Servicio o su infraestructura; (c) acceder a cuentas o datos de terceros sin autorización; (d) subir contenido ilegal, infractor o malicioso; (e) eludir límites de uso, cuotas o controles de acceso. Podemos suspender o cancelar el acceso ante incumplimientos.

11Propiedad intelectual

El Servicio, incluyendo software, diseño, marcas, logotipos y contenido (excluyendo tu contenido), es propiedad de Virso o de sus licenciantes y está protegido por las leyes aplicables. No se te transfiere ningún derecho salvo la licencia limitada del punto 9.

12Servicios de terceros

El Servicio se apoya en proveedores de terceros (Apple, Google/Firebase, Cloudflare, proveedores de IA, entre otros). No somos responsables por sus servicios, disponibilidad ni contenidos, y su uso puede estar sujeto a términos propios.

13Disponibilidad y cambios del Servicio

Podemos modificar, suspender o descontinuar el Servicio (o cualquier función) en todo o en parte, en cualquier momento y sin responsabilidad. Procuraremos avisar los cambios materiales cuando sea razonable.

17Terminación

Puedes dejar de usar el Servicio en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o cancelar tu acceso si incumples estos Términos o si es necesario por razones legales, de seguridad o técnicas. Al terminar, cesan las licencias otorgadas; las cláusulas que por su naturaleza deban subsistir (p. ej., propiedad intelectual, descargos, limitación de responsabilidad, indemnización) continuarán vigentes.

18Modificaciones de los Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente con su fecha y, ante cambios materiales, procuraremos avisarte por medios razonables. El uso continuado del Servicio tras la entrada en vigor implica tu aceptación.

19Términos requeridos por Apple

Reconoces y aceptas que:

• Estos Términos se celebran entre tú y Virso, no con Apple. Apple no es responsable del Servicio ni de su contenido.
• Apple no tiene obligación de prestar mantenimiento ni soporte de la app.
• Ante cualquier falla de la app respecto de una garantía aplicable, podrás notificar a Apple y Apple podrá reembolsarte el precio de compra si corresponde; en la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Apple no tendrá ninguna otra obligación de garantía.
• Virso, y no Apple, es responsable de atender reclamos tuyos o de terceros relacionados con la app (incluidos responsabilidad por producto, incumplimiento legal o de protección al consumidor, y reclamos de propiedad intelectual).
• Declaras que no te encuentras en un país sujeto a embargo del gobierno de EE. UU. ni en listas de partes prohibidas.
• Apple y sus subsidiarias son terceros beneficiarios de estos Términos y tendrán derecho a hacerlos valer en tu contra.

20Ley aplicable y resolución de disputas

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Colombia, sin dar efecto a normas de conflicto de leyes. Las controversias se someterán a los tribunales competentes de Cali, Colombia.

21Disposiciones generales

Divisibilidad: si una cláusula se declara inválida, las demás siguen vigentes. Acuerdo completo: estos Términos (con la Política de Privacidad) constituyen el acuerdo íntegro entre las partes. Cesión: no puedes ceder tus derechos sin nuestro consentimiento; nosotros podemos cederlos a un sucesor. No renuncia: que no ejerzamos un derecho no implica renuncia. Fuerza mayor: no respondemos por incumplimientos causados por hechos fuera de nuestro control razonable. Idioma: ante discrepancias entre versiones, prevalece la versión en español. Notificaciones: te contactaremos por la app o el correo asociado a tu cuenta.

01What Virso is (and isn't)

Virso is a personal-finance organization and tracking tool. You enter your transactions manually and Virso helps you organize, categorize, and visualize them, with AI features and reminders. Virso runs on data you enter ("offline-first"): it does not connect to your bank, does not use open banking, does not access your real bank accounts or real card numbers, and does not move real money. The "accounts", "cards", "balances", and "pockets" in Virso are labels and records you create and maintain.

02Not financial advice

The Service is provided for informational and personal-organization purposes only. Virso does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service (including summaries, categories, projections, charts, or AI responses) is a recommendation or should be relied upon as such. Any financial decisions you make are your sole responsibility. Consult a qualified professional before making financial, investment, or tax decisions.

03Not a financial institution

Virso is not a bank, financial institution, issuer, payment processor, exchange, or registered investment adviser, and no fiduciary relationship exists between you and Virso. We do not hold, custody, or transfer funds. Exchange rates and amounts shown are for reference and may not reflect real market values.

04Eligibility and age

You must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable digital age of consent in your country) to use the Service. Minors must have the consent of a legal guardian. You represent that the information you provide is truthful and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.

05Your account

You may register via Sign in with Apple or with Google. You are responsible for the security of your device and associated credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We email you about your account and subscription (for example, a welcome or a billing notice). News and offers are separate: optional, off by default and never a condition for using Virso; you only get them if you turned them on in the app, and you can turn them off anytime (see the Privacy Policy).

06Your data and your responsibility for it

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you enter into Virso (amounts, categories, notes, images, etc.). Virso does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of that data or of any calculations derived from it. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process it solely to provide the Service.

07Artificial-intelligence features

Virso includes AI features: voice, text, and photo capture (OCR); a chat assistant; Siri commands; and "Agents" that, with your explicit permission, may read and perform actions in your account via our MCP server. You agree that:

• To process your requests, certain text and data you enter may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (for example, Anthropic, Cloudflare's AI services and model aggregators such as OpenRouter), subject to their own terms.
• AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate results. You must not rely on it as the sole basis for decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any output before acting.
• Actions executed by external Agents require your authorization and the permissions you configure; you may revoke them at any time. We are not responsible for instructions issued by you (or by an agent you authorized).

08Subscriptions and payments

Virso offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro). Purchases are made and managed through Apple In-App Purchase; we do not process your payments directly.

• Subscriptions are auto-renewable: they renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The price, duration, and features of each plan are shown in the app before purchase.
• Management and cancellation are done in your Apple Account settings (App Store). Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's policies; unless required by law, payments are non-refundable by us.
• We may change prices and features going forward; changes do not affect a period already paid.
• Your subscription does not transfer any ownership: it unlocks additional features under the same limited, revocable license described in Section 9. If we suspend or terminate your access for breaching these Terms (Section 10), the current period will not be refunded, unless required by law.

09License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes; (b) breach security, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; (c) access third-party accounts or data without authorization; (d) upload illegal, infringing, or malicious content; (e) circumvent usage limits, quotas, or access controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11Intellectual property

The Service — including software, design, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding your content) — is owned by Virso or its licensors and protected by applicable law. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license in Section 9.

12Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (Apple, Google/Firebase, Cloudflare, AI providers, among others). We are not responsible for their services, availability, or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

13Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature), in whole or in part, at any time and without liability. We will endeavor to notify material changes where reasonable.

17Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or as needed for legal, security, or technical reasons. Upon termination, granted licenses cease; clauses that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) continue in effect.

18Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the current version with its date and, for material changes, endeavor to notify you by reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

19Apple-required terms

You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Virso, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price if applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
• Virso, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app (including product liability, legal or regulatory or consumer-protection compliance, and intellectual-property claims).
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any prohibited-parties list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

20Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Cali, Colombia.

21General

Severability, entire agreement (these Terms plus the Privacy Policy), assignment (you may not assign without our consent; we may assign to a successor), no waiver, force majeure, language (the Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy), and notices (via the app or your account email) apply as customary.
